Team Shirts and Equipment
Managers will be given their training equipment, game jersey bag and must ensure it is returned complete and in good condition at the end of the season.
The training equipment will contain:
- Training Balls: For use in your teams' training. The size of the training balls will be dependent on the teams age group. Ensure you have the right ball size and it must be inflated with appropriate pressure for use during training. It is always ideal to be allocated a ball for each player in the team and on occasion a couple or few balls extra.
- Bibs: Two different set of coloured bibs for us during your training. Please make sure they are washed regularly after every training. Some if not all players like a freshly washed bibs during training when they use them.
- Cones/Markers: For use in team's training.
- Whistle: At Coach or Manager discretion can be issued for use during training.
- Match Balls: These must be inflated to the correct pressure for each match (fines can be issued if match ball is not supplied if and when it will be asked by the referee).
The Game Jersey bag will contain:
- Game Shirts: These can be given to players for the duration of the season, but remain the property of the club and must be returned.
- Goal Keeper Shirts: Unless there is a designated Goalkeeper for the Team throughout the season, GK Jerseys must be kept in the Kit bag and brought to the game for use by the goalkeeper on game day.
- Official Vests: This can be used by one of the parents designated as the Ground Official or Marshall to ensure good conduct and behaviour control of all Wenty Team parents, family and guests of players while on the grounds during game day.
If any of the above gear is missing, lost or damaged - please inform the Equipment Officer via email at [email protected].

Wet Weather
In the case of wet weather the Association may postpone games right up to the morning of the matches. When the Club is notified, we will send out an alert through TeamApp to all effected teams or we may give a call to the respective Coach and Managers to advise them of any ground closures.
To know if training is on, check the Cumberland Council Ground Closure webpage. There will be instances where the Council opens the ground but the club can also close grounds if in its opinion is not suitable and safe to use for training. The CLOSED sign will be showing on the website under the Training Schedule.
